Rebecca is founder and leader of Corbin and a pioneer in investor relations globally. Over her 20-year career in capital markets, she has architected a proprietary and proven methodology to drive sustained value creation based on extensive and unparalleled Voice of Investor® research and insights-driven strategies that have consistently been validated by the global equity markets.

As a subject matter expert and renowned capital markets and investor relations strategist with a demonstrated track record of rerating companies, Rebecca is a trusted advisor and partner to boards and executives who continually seek her research-based insights and counsel. She serves a broad range of global clients across sectors and industries.

Rebecca was in her mid-twenties when she founded Corbin Advisors in 2007 and, under her leadership as CEO, the company has developed a reputation as a best-in-class partner and, as a result, has grown exponentially and continues to set records across key metrics annually. She serves as Editor-in-chief of Inside The Buy-Side®, a leading research publication covered worldwide that identifies and reports on investor sentiment trends globally and best practice. Rebecca is a highly sought after and prolific public speaker, including at the World Economic Forum in Davos, and is a recurring guest on CNBC’s Squawk on the Street.

Long committed to giving back, Rebecca dedicates significant time and resources to helping advance social services, the arts, humanities, and education. In 2020, she created Corbin for Nonprofits and committed to donating 20% of that practices’ annual operating profits to nonprofit organizations. Rebecca serves on the boards of Washington College and The Bushnell Center for the Performing Arts and is a past director of the Hartford Symphony Orchestra and CT Women’s Hall of Fame. She is President of the Jim and Rebecca Loree Foundation, a nonprofit, charitable organization she co-founded with her husband in 2009, which is focused on supporting secondary and higher education.

Rebecca has been a frequent honoree for business and community leadership and most recently received Hartford Business Journal’s Annual Women in Business Award, which recognizes outstanding Connecticut-based female CEOs, entrepreneurs and senior-level executives who have mastered their industry and are admired by the business community. She holds a B.A. in Business Management from Washington College, the first college chartered in the sovereign United States of America, where she graduated cum laude and with Honors.

Rebecca resides in the Nutmeg State with her husband and their four daughters. She loves to spend time with her family, garden, play tennis and run.

Jason is a senior executive at Corbin responsible for client acquisition and business development. He is a proven leader with a distinguished career in leading sales organizations, developing businesses from the ground up, launching new products, and serving as a strategic advisor to C-Suite and BOD members of Fortune 500 companies.

Jason began his career in the capital markets as a stock surveillance analyst at The Carson Group, later acquired by Thomson Reuters, before moving over to the corporate side as an IRO. More recently, Jason served as the Head of North American Sales at Ipreo, where he played an integral role that led to the sale of the company to IHS Markit for nearly $2 billion. Over his 20+ year career, Jason has served as a subject matter expert in investor relations, corporate communications, corporate governance, and business development.

Jason has been a member of NIRI since 2001 and the Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance Professionals since 2015.

As Senior Vice President and Head of Operations, Stacey bring more than 25 years of experience as a global business and strategic technology leader. She collaborates with senior leaders and executive management teams to orchestrate operational excellence, financial governance and technological initiatives that drive strategic results.

She partners with our Founder & CEO, Rebecca Corbin, and senior leaders to create and execute strategic programs, identify and mitigate risks, and implement technology advancements that drive efficiencies throughout the enterprise.

Stacey is passionate about leadership, building high performing teams and creating solid information technology and financial systems. She drives corporate compliance, cybersecurity and financial system excellence.

Stacey brings a deep experience in financial services, renewable energy and commercial software development. Prior to joining Corbin Advisors, Stacey led global, highly matrixed, and cross-functional product development teams. As Chief Operating Officer at a broker-dealer, she built and led the growth and expansion of business lines. Additionally, Stacey established a charitable foundation that facilitated employee directed giving and served as treasurer for a nonprofit board.

Stacey received her Bachelor of Science in Information and Decision Systems from San Diego State University, an MBA and her Master of Accountancy from The George Washington University. She recently relocated to West Hartford, CT, where she resides with her husband, her dogs and her cat. She enjoys spending time abroad with her two grown daughters.

Susan is the Senior Vice President, Head of Human Resources and Talent Management for Corbin. With nearly 25 years of experience as a senior human resources (HR) executive, she collaborates with senior leaders and executive management teams to support organizational change and strategic talent initiatives that drive business results. She partners with our Founder & CEO, Rebecca Corbin, and senior leaders to identify, create and execute key talent initiatives and programs that align with Corbin’s values, allowing leaders to scale the business and develop the organization while maintaining the high performing and impactful teams our clients expect.

Susan is passionate about supporting executives and leading teams with deep engagement and intuition that connect with business and professional development goals. A thoughtful, insightful mentor and coach for people at all levels of the company, she leads all human resources activity at Corbin, including hiring & onboarding, employee engagement, retention, performance management, compensation programs, succession planning, and organizational design.

Prior to joining Corbin Advisors, Susan was the Vice President, Human Resources & Administration at 20/20 Facility Services, Corp. where she was responsible for implementing the company ERP and HR systems, streamlining operations and administrative processes and providing tools to employees, allowing for greater efficiency, standardization and reporting capability. Before joining 20/20, Susan spent more than 20 years at United Technologies Corp. in various human resources executive and senior leadership roles for Otis Elevator, Pratt & Whitney and corporate headquarters. She assisted UTC in transforming its Operations and Digital organizations company-wide.

Susan received her bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Connecticut and a master’s in Business Administration from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. She lives in Burlington, CT, and has two adult sons living out of state.

As Senior Vice President, Investor Relations Advisory and Community Impact, Robert oversees the firm’s value-added advisory solutions. He brings a deep buy-side background to his work advising clients on their overall capital markets engagement efforts.

Robert joined Corbin as Senior Vice President and Head of the Community Impact group, which advises corporate clients on ESG strategies and nonprofit clients on strategic planning and communications.

Prior to joining Corbin, Robert had over two decades of experience as senior leader of some of the world’s largest investment firms, including Fidelity Investments, Prudential, Citi Asset Management, and Columbia Threadneedle Investments, where he also built out and led the global responsible investing and ESG effort. He also founded Thistlebrook Solutions, an impact investing and consulting firm committed to catalyzing success for outstanding mission-driven enterprises.

In addition to his investing experience, Robert has worked as a committed volunteer leader and public servant focused on environmental conservation, education access, economic development, and effective government. Robert has served as the chairman of the board for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Financial Advisory Board under Governor Patrick, the Trust for Public Land-New England, and the UP Academy charter schools of Boston and Dorchester, on the boards of Jou Nouvo and Metro Lacrosse (now Harlem Lacrosse), and as Deputy Commissioner/Head of Legislative, External Affairs and Policy group within Administration and Finance for Governor Baker (MA).

He is a graduate of Dartmouth College and received a Master’s in Environmental Management from Duke University. He resides in Cohasset, MA with his wife, Martha and their three children.

Thang is the head of Corbin’s Investor Day practice within the Advisory Group, where he consults with clients – executives and Investor Relations professionals – on various strategic and financial matters, including valuation, business communication, financial risks and special situations. Over his 20 years in capital markets, he has developed a deep expertise in helping clients gain a full understanding of the dynamics affecting their valuation, more effectively telling their story and architecting strategies to realize value over time.

Thang has extensive experience in strategic communications, earnings, investment thesis development and executes industry-leading investor days. He has a deep passion for client service and execution excellence.

Prior to joining Corbin, Thang was a Lead Analyst covering the Financials sector at Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ (MUFG). Prior to MUFG, he served on the sell side at various firms including Evercore ISI, Banc of America and Bear Stearns. Prior to his days on Wall Street, he was an Investor Relations Manager at AT&T. Thang started his career as an accountant and risk consultant at Arthur Andersen, where he consulted numerous Fortune 500 companies on business risks.

Thang graduated with a B.A. in Business Economics with a Minor in Accounting from UCLA and obtained an MBA with Specializations in Finance and Financial Instruments and Markets from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at NYU.

He enjoys chasing his two boys around and he successfully completed the 2016 New Orleans Marathon, along with the 2021 Hartford Marathon.

Devin is the Senior Vice President, Head of Marketing & Communications for Corbin. With over 25 years of experience in marketing strategy, digital and demand generation, brand amplification and technology innovation, he works closely with the senior leadership team to deliver a clear vision for bringing the Corbin brand to market.

Devin has in-depth experience leading large-scale sales and marketing engagements across asset management, private markets, professional services, wealth and banking industries. He has a passion for delivering innovative programs that amplify brands across multiple channels – including digital, events, sponsorships, media relations, and content syndication.

Prior to joining Corbin Advisors, Devin was the Managing Director, Global Head of Digital & Demand Generation at Macquarie Asset Management. He has also held marketing leadership roles at BlackRock, American Express, JPMorgan, and Merrill Lynch. In these roles, Devin developed a passion for solving client business challenges by integrating marketing, branding, technology, and sales organizations around a common set of goals and objectives. Devin is passionate about staying up to date on the latest insights driving new artificial intelligence capabilities and digital marketing strategies to help shape the future of marketing and brand efforts.

Devin received his bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Wesley College in Dover, DE. He currently resides in Princeton, NJ, where he serves as the Assistant Chief (volunteer) with the Rocky Hill Fire Department (NJ), and has two adult children.

Dylan is Vice President, Strategy & Enterprise Development, where he supports Corbin’s corporate strategy development and execution with a focus on client experience, service and solution innovation, and market share growth.

As a senior leader at the firm, Dylan advises boards of directors, executives, and IR leaders on value creation strategies and best practice. Prior to being appointed Vice President, Strategy & Enterprise Development, Dylan was Director, Insights Group, leading the firm’s Perception Study Practice and Research Center of Excellence, where he partnered with companies globally across all market caps and sectors. Under his leadership, the Insights Group delivered double-digit annual growth, advanced Corbin’s thought leadership impact globally, and firmly established its Perception Study Practice as the industry gold standard.

Prior to joining Corbin, Dylan was a strategist at UTC Aerospace in Supply Chain Management for the Castings, Forgings & Raw Materials division. Prior to that, he worked as a research assistant at the Center for Health, Intervention and Prevention (CHIP), conducting population level analytics to drive prevention programs for a key global disease.

Dylan graduated magna cum laude from the University of Connecticut with a Bachelor’s in Statistics and an MBA also from the University of Connecticut with a Finance concentration. He was named a National Investor Relations Institute 40 Under 40 honoree in 2020.

Preston brings 15 years of capital markets experience, deep institutional investor knowledge, and shareholder research expertise, as well as a passion for advising and assisting public companies on their value creation journeys.

Prior to Corbin, Preston served as Executive Director, Research, Advisory & Specialty Solutions at S&P Global. He holds dual degrees in Finance and Consumer Behavior & Marketing from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University.

Preston enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, home design/renovation and playing golf and tennis.

As Vice President and Head of Research, Matt is leading the firm’s Research Center of Excellence and overseeing Corbin’s ever-growing proprietary database – Corbin Analytics – which fuels the firm’s research-based insights and bold, pioneering thought leadership. He is responsible for expanding, innovating, and driving Corbin’s differentiated research, approach, and impact.

With nearly 30 years of leadership experience across business research, investment management, and financial content creation and marketing, Matt has spent the greater part of his career on the buy side at firms including Putnam Investments, J&W Seligman & Co., and TimesSquare Capital Management.

Prior to joining Corbin, Matt was Director of Research at Guidepoint Global. He holds a bachelor’s degree in English Writing and Finance from Fairfield University and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
