Corbin Advisors Announces New Leadership Appointments Adding Depth and Specialization for Continued Growth

Dylan Yaworski Promoted to Vice President, Strategy & Enterprise Development; Preston Gelman Appointed Vice President and Head of Perception Study Practice; Matthew D’Alto Appointed Vice President and Head of Research

FARMINGTON, CT – May 4, 2023 – Corbin Advisors, a strategic consultancy accelerating value realization globally, today announced three key senior leadership appointments to further its industry leadership, specialization, and differentiation:

• Dylan Yaworski has been appointed to the newly created role of Vice President, Strategy & Enterprise Development, where he will support corporate strategy development and execution with a focus on client experience, service and solution innovation, and market share growth. As a senior leader, he will continue to advise boards of directors, executives, and IR leaders on value creation strategies and best practice. Prior to his appointment, Yaworski, an eight-year veteran with Corbin, was Director, Insights Group, leading the firm’s Perception Study Practice and Research Center of Excellence. Under his leadership, the Insights Group delivered double-digit annual growth, advanced Corbin’s thought leadership impact globally, and firmly established its Perception Study Practice as the industry gold standard.
• Preston Gelman joins Corbin as Vice President and Head of Perception Study Practice, leading the execution of Voice of Investor^® Perception Studies, with a focus on driving exceptional client service and impact through research-based insights and actionable recommendations to realize value. Gelman brings 15 years of capital markets experience, deep institutional investor knowledge, and shareholder research expertise, as well as a passion for advising and assisting public companies on their value creation journeys. Prior to Corbin, Gelman served as Executive Director, Research, Advisory & Specialty Solutions at S&P Global. Gelman holds dual degrees in Finance and Consumer Behavior & Marketing from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University.
• Matthew (“Matt”) D’Alto joins Corbin as Vice President and Head of Research, leading the firm’s Research Center of Excellence and overseeing Corbin’s proprietary and ever-growing database — Corbin Analytics — which fuels the firm’s research-based insights and bold, pioneering thought leadership. D’Alto will be responsible for expanding, innovating, and driving Corbin’s differentiated research, approach, and impact. With nearly 30 years of leadership experience across business research, investment management, and financial content creation and marketing, D’Alto has spent the greater part of his career on the buy side at firms including Putnam Investments, J&W Seligman & Co., and TimesSquare Capital Management. Prior to joining Corbin, D’Alto was Director of Research at Guidepoint. He holds a bachelor’s degree in English Writing and Finance from Fairfield University and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
