Renee Campbell supports Valmont’s long-term growth strategy by leading the investor relations function, overseeing capital structure and treasury operations, and driving initiatives to enhance working capital efficiency. She also oversees Risk Management, including Enterprise Risk and Insurance, within the Corporate Treasury function, strengthening the company’s enterprise-wide view of risk.
Dirk J. Locascio is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of US Foods, and has served in the role since February 2017. In addition to his CFO responsibilities, Mr. Locascio oversees CHEF’STORE, Shared Business Services, US Foods’ Program Office. Since joining US Foods in 2009, Mr. Locascio has served in a variety of finance and accounting leadership roles, including Senior Vice President, Financial Accounting and Analysis, where he oversaw US Foods’ finance and accounting functions.
Diane McClintock was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Watts Water in November 2025. Ms. McClintock joined Watts Water in 2010 and served as Senior Vice President, FP&A and Investor Relations from March 2022 to November 2025, Vice President of FP&A from September 2014 to March 2022, and Director, Financial Reporting from 2010 to September 2014.
