Lisa Simonetti

Lisa is Senior Vice President, Head of Talent for Corbin. With over 20 years of experience as a strategic HR leader, she collaborates with executives and teams to support organizational change and strategic talent initiatives that drive business results. As a business partner and member of the Senior Leadership team, Lisa collaborates with our teams to identify, create, and execute key talent initiatives and programs that align with Corbin’s core values, enabling leaders to scale the business and develop the enterprise while maintaining the high-performing and impactful talent our clients expect.

Lisa oversees all aspects of human resources, including hiring and onboarding, performance and career development, compensation strategy, employee engagement, and succession planning. She is a passionate and trusted advisor, thoughtful mentor, and inclusive leader committed to cultivating a high-performing workplace where people thrive.

Prior to joining Corbin Advisors, Lisa was the Director, Human Resources at EmblemHealth where she was the business partner for senior executives of multiple business areas driving HR best practices and alignment to business goals.  Before joining EmblemHealth, Lisa spent 10 years at Travelers Insurance in various human resources roles in Talent Acquisition and HR for Personal Insurance.

Lisa received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Eastern Connecticut State University. She lives in Bolton, CT, where she enjoys quality time with her family. A nature enthusiast, she especially loves being outdoors and makes the most of the summer months at the beach.
