What is your role and responsibilities?
As a Senior Manager on the Research Center of Excellence team, I help transform data into actionable insights that support both our clients and colleagues. My role includes leading key research initiatives such as our flagship Inside The Buy-Side® thought leadership content and client research projects, as well as overseeing our growing proprietary Corbin Analytics database. I also partner cross-functionally to identify opportunities that drive smarter decision-making, operational efficiency, and innovation across the firm.
What do you love most about the work you do at Corbin Advisors?
What I love most is the opportunity to solve meaningful challenges alongside incredibly talented and collaborative people. The culture at Corbin is truly special – there is a strong sense of teamwork, curiosity, and continuous learning. Because we work with such a diverse range of clients and situations, every day brings new opportunities to think creatively and expand our perspectives. I especially enjoy being in a role where I can provide our advisors with research and data-driven insights that help shape strategic recommendations for clients.
In 2025, you were recognized with The Corbin Impact Award for consistently delivering above expectations. What inspires you?
I’m inspired by the belief that there is always room to improve and evolve. New ideas can create meaningful change when approached with curiosity, collaboration, and persistence. Innovation and initiative are encouraged at every level here. We care consistently thinking about how we can continuously evolve as a firm and then actioning around that. I am motivated by opportunities to enhance processes, leverage technology and data more effectively, empower teams with better insights, and contribute to initiatives that create meaningful, lasting impact across the firm.
What is the best advice you would give to someone who is just starting their career or looking at Corbin Advisors for their first career opportunity?
Be curious, stay adaptable, and don’t be afraid to take initiative. Some of the best growth opportunities come from being open to learning outside of your comfort zone. Corbin is a place where ideas are valued, collaboration is encouraged, and people genuinely support each other’s success. If you bring a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn, there are endless opportunities to grow both personally and professionally.

What is your role and responsibilities?
I have the opportunity to work on a wide range of exciting projects, from internal communications to external branding and client deliverables. My work includes creating Inside The Buy-Side® quarterly snapshots for LinkedIn, producing webinars, building and maintaining website content, and designing white papers in collaboration with our Research Center of Excellence, among many other initiatives. It’s a dynamic mix of content and mediums that keeps me engaged, challenged, and always thinking about new and creative ways to elevate Corbin’s brand – as well as the equity brands of our clients.
What do you love most about the work you do at Corbin Advisors?
The projects I work on often intersect with a wide range of teams, which means I’m constantly learning – and that’s something I truly thrive on. The Corbin team is incredibly diverse across experiences, yet we’re united by a shared commitment to client excellence. Being part of an organization where pride and care are evident at every level is deeply rewarding. I’m also fortunate to work alongside colleagues I not only respect but genuinely consider friends – and family.

Collaboration is a major source of inspiration for me. Working alongside colleagues to develop innovative solutions often feels like solving a puzzle – it is challenging, a constant learning experience, and incredibly rewarding. I look forward to continuing to build solutions that support the company as a whole and, in turn, create deliver high quality output for our clients that truly adds value.
What is the best advice you would give to someone who is just starting their career or looking at Corbin Advisors for their first career opportunity?
Continue to evolve with expectations and never settle into what feels comfortable. As you refine your craft and build strong, thoughtful processes, you’ll naturally uncover new tools, technologies, and approaches that help bring your ideas to life in more dynamic ways. Stay curious – ask “what if?”, welcome feedback, and remember that every piece of work you create is a steppingstone toward what comes next. At Corbin, there are endless opportunities to find your niche, grow your skills, and do meaningful work within a truly encouraging and supportive environment.
