What is your role and responsibilities?
I head up the Sales Operations (SalesOps) function. We are responsible for creating and following processes for the Sales team. We have instituted controls, which we utilize today, to enhance the accuracy of our agreements and our CRM data. The data we manage is used by our CEO and Senior Leadership Team to make informed decisions about our business.
What do you love most about the work you do at Corbin Advisors?
I enjoy developing new processes, which help transform the way Corbin operates. I love the people at Corbin, as we often collaborate with teams across the organization.
In 2024, you were recognized with the Unsung Hero Award for consistently delivering above expectations. What inspires you?
Seeing this organization continue to take big strides towards efficiency and profitability. In the two years I have been here, we have accomplished many things.
What‘s the best advice you would give to someone who is just starting their career or looking at Corbin Advisors for their first career opportunity?
Learn as much as possible from everyone you interact with. There are a lot of very smart and talented people who work here. Any chance you get, try to learn a little bit from everyone across the organization.
