Head of Human Resources and Talent Management
Sarah, a member of the senior leadership team, is responsible for Corbin’s overall human resources function and is passionate about company, team and individual development. Over her 20+ year career, Sarah has worked with Fortune 500 to mid-sized companies leading the alignment of human resources, organizational effectiveness, and talent initiatives to achieve critical business outcomes by enabling high-performance cultures and fostering strong employee engagement.
Sarah brings extensive background as both an HR Business Partner as well as specialization in several HR disciplines, including Talent Management, Learning & Development, Compensation and Benefits. Throughout her career, her focus has been to develop and drive HR strategies that add impactful business value, create an inclusive environment and enable employees to have rewarding and fulfilling careers.
Sarah earned her B.A. in Psychology from Hofstra University and holds a Certificate in Human Resources Studies from Cornell University School of Industrial and Labor Relations.
In her free time, Sarah enjoys spending time with her husband and two dogs, taking motorcycle rides and eating great food. She also has a passion for the arts particularly ballet and all types of music.
