Investor Relations Analyst

The Investor Relations analyst position is multi-faceted and entails research and consulting components.  

Job Functions

  • Support senior staff in client management of corporate communication materials (i.e. investor days, investor/earnings presentations, Q&A sheets, website reviews and other various messaging documents)
  • Conduct simple and complex data analysis and charting
  • Develop PowerPoint presentations for client meetings, engagements and public speaking engagements
  • Monitor financial markets and develop in-depth knowledge of public companies and sectors
  • Learn our proprietary methodologies and master our internal processes and standard operating procedures
  • Manage ad-hoc requests and prioritizes projects according to business needs, including developing business requirements for reports based on client requests and specifications


  • Bachelor’s Degree required (preferably in Business, Finance, Marketing or Economics)
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent proficiency in Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Excellent proficiency in Adobe Suite’s Design Platforms (Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator)
  • Outstanding organizational, analytical and verbal skills
  •  Above-average writing ability and knowledge of grammar with a focus on formal and business writing
  • Friendly, high-energy, team-focused and can-do attitude a must
